Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, processing exchanges and returns, maintaining the cash drawer, and completing inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
