Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with parts selection, and handle phone inquiries by looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending premium items. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and processing exchanges, returns, and cash transactions. Support store management and installer specialists with professional customer service, perform in-store vehicle services like battery testing and code scanning, and operate store test equipment after training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
