Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as directed. Promote company programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee while recommending premium items and resolving complaints. Manage the cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and complete daily image maker and planogram updates including stocking and cleaning. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store duties. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
