Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer service. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, update image makers and planograms, and perform daily operational tasks including inventory cycle counts and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Complete assigned company training and promote all customer service programs such as the Low Price Guarantee and Hi-5. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
