Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise stocking. Process cash and credit card transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policy. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform in-store vehicle services like battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when required. Complete assigned company training and promote all customer service programs. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
