Job Summary
Parts Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts providing high level service to retail and installer customers; assists store management in assigned tasks; supports professional customers as needed; greets customers, helps select merchandise, processes exchanges/returns, answers store calls, performs training tasks, and maintains cash drawer. Responsibilities include assisting with image maker and planogram updates, stocking shelves, freight receival, inventory cycle counts, and in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, test charging system, read trouble codes, replace headlight capsules) as well as occasional delivery driving per business needs. Bilingual candidates encouraged; emphasizes customer service, lot-related programs, related selling, and adherence to company policies; includes opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Ability to operate cash drawer and process cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions
