Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls to look up parts and quote prices, and assist installer service specialists with professional customers. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies. Address customer complaints, complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other store test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
