Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Resolve customer complaints and complete daily image maker tasks, including stocking shelves and planogram updates. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store duties. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
