Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including cash drawer management, processing returns, updating planograms, and performing in-store services like battery testing and code scanning. Operate store test equipment and drive delivery vehicles when business dictates. Complete assigned company training and maintain high service standards while supporting store management. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
