Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with parts selection, and answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend items. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while managing exchanges and returns. Maintain the cash drawer, complete daily image maker updates, and perform planogram stocking, cleaning, and freight receival. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like wiper installation and battery testing. Occasionally drive delivery vehicles when needed. Multitask between phone and store interactions to support store management and installer service specialists. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
