Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as needed. Complete assigned training, maintain the cash drawer, process exchanges and returns, and resolve complaints. Update image makers and planograms, perform inventory cycle counts, and operate brake lathes and other test equipment. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries, and drive delivery vehicles when required. Multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply for this retail and installer support role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
