Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Perform daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, conducting inventory counts, and processing exchanges and returns. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, handle credit card transactions, and resolve customer complaints. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
