Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional service specialists with high-level service. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and manage inventory through cycle counts and planogram updates. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs including the Low-Price Guarantee. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
