Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions; maintain the cash drawer, and complete daily image maker and planogram updates. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Multitask between phone and store interactions while handling merchandise returns and inventory cycle counts. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
