Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute assigned company training, maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns per policy. Resolve customer complaints, update image makers and planograms, and perform daily operational tasks including inventory cycle counts and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like installing wipers and testing batteries where permitted. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
