Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as needed. Follow and promote company customer service programs including the Low-Price Guarantee and Related Selling. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like installing wipers and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
