Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in compliance with company policies. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, inventory counts, and merchandise stocking. Operate store test equipment and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Match alphanumeric sequences and fulfill assigned duties while supporting store management. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
