Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform vehicle services such as battery testing and code scanning, and drive delivery vehicles when needed. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram adjustments, and inventory cycle counts. Assist with merchandise returns to the distribution center and monthly stock adjustments. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
