Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while managing exchanges, returns, and complaints in accordance with company policy. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, complete daily image maker and planogram updates, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
