Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries to quote prices and recommend parts, and resolve complaints while promoting programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Assist managers and installer specialists with professional customer service, process exchanges and returns, and maintain the cash drawer. Complete daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, performing inventory counts, and operating brake lathes and test equipment. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
