Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional service specialists with parts selection and recommendations. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing exchanges and returns, and maintaining cash drawers. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes, and operate brake lathe equipment after training. Manage inventory through cycle counts and stock adjustments, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote customer service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
