Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and stocking tasks. Perform operational duties including inventory counts, merchandise returns, and operating brake lathes. Provide in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned training and support store management. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
