Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing returns, and conducting inventory cycle counts. Manage cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in compliance with company policies. Resolve customer complaints and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning after completing required training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and promote all customer service programs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
