Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing exchanges and returns, and maintaining the cash drawer. Perform in-store services such as battery testing, wiper installation, and trouble code scanning, and operate brake lathe test equipment after training. Match alphanumeric sequences, handle credit card transactions, and assist managers with assigned duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
