Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers as directed. Follow and promote company customer service programs including Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and Related Selling. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns per policy. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram adjustments, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services like wiper installation and battery testing. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
