Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise returns while operating brake lathe and test equipment. Process cash and credit card transactions, handle exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training relevant to the position.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
