Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer service. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and processing exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Maintain the cash drawer securely, resolve customer complaints, and perform vehicle services such as battery testing, code scanning, and wiper installation after completing required training. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
