Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; assist store management with assigned tasks; greet customers, assist in merchandise selection, and perform related selling; handle phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and process credit card transactions; maintain cash drawer and perform exchanges/returns; assist with planogram updates, stock, and in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose vehicle issues where allowed); occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
