Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete daily image maker updates, and perform planogram adjustments including stocking, cleaning, and freight receival. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
