Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute assigned company training, maintain and secure the cash drawer, and process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram adjustments, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise returns. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in accordance with company policies. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
