Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service. Maintain cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Perform daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, and conducting inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting customer service programs. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
