Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management in assigned tasks, and assists professional customers. Key duties include greeting customers, helping them select merchandise, looking up parts and quoting prices, offering related items and the Low-Price Guarantee, handling exchanges/returns, answering store calls, processing transactions, maintaining cash drawer, stocking and planogram updates, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes) as permitted by state/local laws. The role involves daily operational tasks such as freight receival, stock adjustments, inventory counts, and occasional vehicle deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. ASE certification is a desired qualification, and fluency in Spanish is highly desired. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, continued training, and growth opportunities within O’Reilly Auto Parts.

- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask while handling customers in-store and on the phone
- Ability to process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
- Ability to resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
- Ability to drive a delivery vehicle when needed (driving eligibility requirements must be met)
Desired Qualifications
