Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, greets and assists customers in selecting merchandise, looks up parts and quotes prices, processes payments, handles exchanges/returns, and supports store management with daily tasks. The role involves maintaining the cash drawer, answering store calls, assisting with training, stock replenishment, inventory tasks, and in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle issues where allowed). Bilingual candidates are encouraged; ASE-certified or automotive sales/service knowledge is a plus. The position requires customer-focused service, multitasking across in-person and phone interactions, and adherence to company policies. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desirable)
