Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist with parts selection while promoting programs like the Low-Price Guarantee and Related Selling. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions, maintain the cash drawer, and resolve customer complaints. Complete daily operational tasks including image maker updates, planogram changes, stocking, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
