Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with parts selection and premium recommendations. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete image maker updates, and perform planogram stocking, facing, and cleaning. Operate brake lathes and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as wiper installation and battery testing. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Complete assigned company training. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
