Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Maintain and secure cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Complete assigned training, update image makers and planograms, perform inventory cycle counts, and operate brake lathe and test equipment after certification. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
