Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions, manage exchanges and returns, and resolve customer complaints. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, complete daily image maker tasks, update planograms, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe test equipment and provide in-store services such as battery testing and headlight replacements. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for orders. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
