Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Process credit card transactions, handle cash and checks, and manage exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, planogram updates, and inventory cycle counts. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle for business needs. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
