Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers as directed. Follow company customer service programs like Hi-5 and the Low-Price Guarantee while recommending premium items and resolving complaints. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns per policy. Complete assigned training, assist with image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as battery testing and code scanning. Drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Multitask between phone and store customers while maintaining friendly, professional service. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
