Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers while promoting company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, perform in-store services such as wiper installation and battery testing, and manage daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
