Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers as needed. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Complete daily image maker tasks, planogram updates, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
