Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, and merchandise returns. Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer and resolving customer complaints. Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Match alphanumeric sequences and multitask between phone and store interactions. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
