Parts Specialist

Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist in their merchandise selection, and answer phone calls to look up parts, quote prices, and recommend items while adhering to company programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Process cash and credit card transactions, manage the cash drawer, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Perform daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, conducting inventory cycle counts, and preparing merchandise returns for shipment. Assist managers and installer specialists with professional customer service, operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and perform in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
