Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers as directed. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, update planograms, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate store test equipment and perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management in accomplishing assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
