Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
- Multitask while assisting customers in-store and on the phone
- Handle cash drawer, cash and checks, and process credit card transactions
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
- Assist with inventory tasks and store operations (stocking, planograms, returns)
- Ability to drive deliveries when needed (driving record meets eligibility requirements)
