Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist role focuses on delivering high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management with assigned tasks, and performing in-store automotive parts duties. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, assisting professional customers as needed, handling phone inquiries, looking up parts and quoting prices, processing transactions and returns, resolving customer complaints, maintaining stock and planograms, completing daily operational tasks, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle codes) as trained. The position may involve occasional delivery duties when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply; ASE certification is noted as desirable. Competencies include accurate cash handling, ability to multitask, and providing outstanding customer service.
