Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, assist with parts selection, and answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend premium items. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer and resolving complaints. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
