Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers while promoting company service programs like the Low-Price Guarantee. Maintain the cash drawer, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with policy. Perform daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, stocking, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and provide in-store services such as battery testing and trouble code scanning. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
