Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management, and completing company training. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash processes, handling returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks such as stock management and utilizing store test equipment. This role also involves performing in-store services where permitted and may include occasional deliveries, contingent on meeting driving eligibility requirements.

- Must be able to multitask
