Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet walk-in customers, assist in merchandise selection, process phone orders, and handle cash/credit transactions. Responsibilities include assisting managers and installers, completing training, providing quotes and price matching under the Low Price Guarantee, resolving customer complaints, processing exchanges/returns, maintaining stock and planogram updates, receiving freight, stocking shelves, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries/charging systems, scanning vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlight capsules). Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Requires excellent customer service, ability to multitask across phone and in-store interactions, and familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging systems, and related sales or service concepts.
